I have a couple of questions about GlycoCarn:
1) Does it need to be--or is there a positive effect from--consuming GlycoCarn every day, even on non-training days? I assume there is a positive effect, as it should help speed recovery, correct?
2) If so, should the dose be taken as a single dose as on training days, or should the dose be divided?
