Yes, you can use DermaTherm for 12 weeks. I recommend taking a 4-week break after that, though.

you could, but I would do somthing like 8 wks dermatherm then swich to pp's CLA and green tea cap for 4 weeks and repeat kind fo thing.
the EGCG & polyphenols in the green tea catalyze fat loss & suppress appetite.
