1-T and sustain alpha shelf life?

i have a couple of each from last summer and was wondering what the shelf life would be as i'm planning to use them next month - any ideas?

N.B. this isn't the liqui-vade but the cream that came in the pump containers.

Also, i have both havoc and the one and will be stacking one of these with
1-t and would like to hear from anyone that has done either as i'm still undecided as of yet

1-T and Havoc will most likely bring on terrible lethargy.......im not sure about the One.
