yes, it is good enough, but if you want to throw something else in....2-3 grams of vit c, tasty and save you some money as well...I likes the chewable fruit one!

Yes, EndoAmp will work out very well in that regard.

No need to take both, Endo will def be good enough. I like both Endo and Lean, but wouldn't take both together.
