    Yohimbine HCl can lead to increased fat loss especially in “trouble areas” such as the midsection and love handles for men and glutes and thighs for women. Yohimbine HCl can also support sense of well-being and mood and suppress your appetite. In its herbal form, yohimbe has been used for centuries as a performance enhancer and stimulant. More recently, the more powerful, purified and standardized form of yohimbe – Yohimbine HCL - has been used to support fat-burning.
    Yohimbine HCl is categorized as an "alpha-2 adreno receptor antagonist." Alpha-2 receptors are found primarily in the fat cells of the body. When alpha-2 receptors are activated, free fatty acid mobilization is inhibited. By doing so it acts to block the activation of the alpha-2 receptors on fat cells, helping the stored fat in the form of fatty acids to be released, and eventually burned for energy.

    I've used Yohimbine this past cut for the first time and it really helped me lose from some trouble spots. Hope to give this a shot in the future!

    For those curious about dosing, here is the general rule I follow

    .2mg/kg first thing in the morning, empty stomach. Insulin blunts the effects BAD so you want to take this upon wakening and on an empty stomach and avoid food for a while after. What I did was

    20mg Yohimbine, 200mg Caffeine, and 25mg Ephedrine right when I woke up....waited 25 minutes...did my cardio...showered...THEN ate.

    Aka .09mg/pound. I'm 165 and need ~15mg a day. Do you suggest dosing it all at once or perhaps splitting it into 2 servings. I will not be using it with E, as I am using it following a 14 weeks EC run... Taking 3 weeks off then hopping on YC for a bulk.

    I'd separate it into 3 different doses. No way I'd take that much at one time.

    All at one time is what Lyle McDonald suggests.

    Even the littlest bit of insulin completely negates the effects of yohimbine, so why take it during the day when you have slightly elevated levels of insulin?

    All at once first thing I the morning. Fast (or do cardio...or both) for 60-120mins then eat.
