    Advice on squat technique


    Hi people

    Please find links to some clips i filmed on sunday of me squating from 3 different angles, advice on my technique would be really appreciated, first thing obvious to me would be my knees goin forward too far.....

    I think that your depth is pretty good, especially on the second rep.
    I would recommend trying out the low bar position - it made a lot of difference for me.
