DC calls out Ironman

not trying to bring anyone elses drama to the board but i found this interesting. most had noticed a large similarity between the two programs but it had gone unmentioned or erased soon afterwards. i think DC hit the nail on the head with his call-out.

If its true, thats pretty messed up. I've had my disagreements with DC (although I've always said his routines are very effective) but I would be pissed as hell if that Iron guy copied things verbatim.

I've had people attempt it as well but with my stuff its kind of pointless.

yeah, DC (dante) has posted some doubt up previously but erased it cuz he just doesn't seem to care that much. i guess everyone has a breaking point though. i know ironman's program is damn near identical to DC's though.

He and his wife used to be members at a couple Powerhouse Gyms I worked at a few years back. He was very impressive and explosive in his movements. Super nice guy too.

i gotta say though, SB (on MMI) called it the first day ironman popped up on the boards. 'this guy sounds just like Mr.B., he's from the same state, and he claims the same 22" arm'. couple months later, bam, it's Mr.Biceps.

basically it was a 45+ page thread by Ironman outlining his training principles .. he comacked them straight from DC and phil hernon and tried to claim them as his own then started mouthing off about DC, Big A (the board owner), and Skip (a very well respected prep guy) ... he pissed a lot of people off and claimed he was jacked to the hilt but refused to post pics to prove it

turns out he was Mr. Biceps .. a jackass that has been banned all over the place
