I apologize in advance if this question has been answered elsewhere, I just could not find it.
Today in the gym I did some log cleans/press, but I wasn't too sure how much the log itself weighed.
It was a Slater Pine Log, but online, they say it weighs "about 60-100lbs", so I'm not sure what that even means.
Is every log just different or is there a more standardized weight to them?
