Eddie Hall Bench Press

Would Eddie have a shot at the Bench Press Record? Kirill hit 738.5 pounds. Anybody think Eddie could top that? I wish he would cross over to powerlifting now that he's achieved WSM title... would be epic.

well, Eddie said he's now retired from World's Strongest Man..but Kirill's no joke...not sure how many other people can claim a 700lb + bench during a full power meet like Sarychev, along with the amazing 738...and to really put it in perspective, I believe Eddie's best bench is 660, a weight Kirill can hit 4-5 times...but if there's one thing I wouldn't do, is doubt The Beast if the says he can do it.

It's incredible how smooth and controlled Kirill is with benching. Even at 738 pounds it looked like another day at the office. The man is unreal. I'm new to powerlifting but when I go for max attempts I wind up making weird faces and yelling.
