Barbell help

Can anybody help me identify this barbell? The guy selling it claims it is a Texas power bar. I asked if he knew the maker or if there were any markings on the bar, he said no. The only identifying features that I can see are the sleeves are double pinned? The knurling looks to be a bit more aggressive than your typical junk bar. Can anybody tell me how to tell if this is the real deal? I have read that all TPB are stamped on the ends. It appears to have a decent amount of surface rust, which is ok, but what would a fair price be if this is legit?

Hard to tell by those pictures but it does have the wide sleeve caps. This isn't exclusive to tx bars but it is a good sign that it could either be a tpb or tdb. Otherwise im not too sure on how to help confirm/deny it being a tpb without a pic of the stamp inside the sleeve.

I wouldn't call that typical.
At least you can service it
