Hey guys! So just recently I've been doing tire flips and I filmed myself about a week ago. I know my form is way off after doing some research (i.e. using sumo stance and standing too close to the tire, "ugly deadlift"). I tried to remedy that today by attempting a more narrow stance and standing farther away from the tire but I could not derive any power from my legs at all this way. The tire barely moved 2 inches, so I went back to what worked for me initially. For those out there who incorporate tire flips in their routine, do you guys have any tips for me? Appreciate any tips and please critique away. Thanks!
