    Hell yeah! That's some serious commitment man! "you will bleed for this sport" right on! That made me pumped for my first meet on sat just a push and pull but I hurt my shoulder 2 years back. But ey true inspiration there to fallow what you love.

    Had the MRI this morning and just read the report. AWESOME NEWS!!! Its a partial tear, no avulsion, no ruptures, looks like my quick exit formt he bar saved me from surgery. Time to get it on with rehab!
