Routine help

My younger brother has been lifting for around 4 months and is trying to put on some weight/mass for next football season. He is 14 and is 5'11 140. I am a pretty advanced lifter and he would not be able to do the things that I do. Ive had him doing some basic exercises but don't really know what kind of routine would be best for his needs. Any suggestions?

He should stick to basic exercises to build some solid muscle for now
