should i be doing deadlifts?
this is like one of the biggest excercises there are and i really wanna do them i just a little worried about my lower back cause its always really tight and i have to pop it all the time and stuff... but i have truck and mow lawns so i have lift that mower in and out of it and i think ive gotten a lot stronger from that so i feel like id be pretty good at them so what do ya think?

It's quite possible that adding deadlifts could actually benefit your lower back. Form is everything with this lift and I suggest your get proper instruction before attempting to add them to your routine.

i agree with what everyone said. dont worry about the weight that ur doing. dial in ur form and slowly increase weight. before u know it u'll be tossing ur lawn mower around like a toy lol

Yup to everything everyone else has said. Make sure to get the form down first. You accomplish this by just using something like 135 and doing them over, and over, and over, until the mechanics are drilled into your head and, most importantly, your body. Make sure to brace your abs and keep your chest up, and drive through your heels.

yeah I've been doing them once a week cause i heard thats all you need... and i got a quick question i was actually maxing the other day and trying the keep as best form as i can but i think my back may have been arched a little i kept my head up and everything and i had no pains or anything so i think I'm doing it right but yea just curious
