For training I use an APT tapered single prong. My comp belt is an Inzer 10mm lever.

I have the Inzer Forever Lever Belt 10mm and I really like it BUT it's almost to big for deadlifts so if I were to buy one again I'd buy the Forever Bodybuilding Tapered Lever. My buddy has that one and it feels a lot better for deads. I definitely prefer the Lever belts over the buckle belts.
