I have this issue with my shoulder that everytime i bench it starts to hurt. It started about three years ago when i first hurt it. It was so bad i couldnt bench the bar. I went to the Dr and he told me nothing was torn. I didn't bench for six months. It felt better when i started benching again but it came back. It is not a severe as before. It just hurts. Its at the bottom part of the lift that makes it hurt. Anyone have this issue before and what did you do to help it?
