    blue heat or equi block?

Any one used either of these products for warming up or muscle/joint pain? I have used Blue Heat once but not equi block. I heard equi block was better though so i thought I would ask around. ANy suggestions?

If it's just for minor pain or to get things loosened up, go with the blue heat. The equi-block is for stuff that's really painful. The equi-block is way more expensive, so it is something most people use sparingly and only when really needed.
