    I don't know if this is worthy of strongman forum but..


    Yesterday was my first day deadlifting in about a month or so...and I doodied on my max which used to be like 315 reppin out a bit
    Tried 405 couldn't make it budge

    Yesterday did 405 3 times (3.5 technically but halves dont count)

    And I also just passed the 200 lb mark...but That means I can only deadlift about twice my body weight =/


  2. Thatsnot bad for not dling in a while... some people respond better to every other week hitting deads heavy. you might be one of those people

  4. Yeah it seems when I take time off it gets stronger (more recovery time) and wow I see your stats..and compared to me...your pretty jacked damn..taller..heavier..leaner. ..stronger..
