    Nope; why put the center of gravity further out? Exact same weight just harder to balance. I'd rather stay safe and do it with a DB

    Exactly, harder to balance. Makes it more challenging.

    yeah, I have did them a few times but never really trained them per say. Not to difficult.

    ^ says 135x3... but it does look like more than 1 plate on each side.

    I got my at jesupgym.com they are CAP bumper plates, and those are 45lber on the bar.
