If 1 ml=25mg and I need 40mg how many ml's do I use?

You need 1mL to get 25 mg, so divide the 40 mg to find the amount you need in mL. 40/25 = 1.6, so 1.6 mL.

I hope I managed to word that without it being completely confusing. :type:
