Nolva question

I got my Tamox for my "rats" a couple of weeks ago and i let it sit on the shelf for a while. I checked it today and (it has a pump spray in the bottle if that makes any sense at all) on the spray tube in the bottle its formed what look like small crystals that dissipate if i shake it up. also, it smells similar to rubbing alcohol. is this normal? should i be worried that it might be bunk?
