Sex/masturbation and gyno flare ups

Serious question:

Been battling puffy/painful nipples with a few small lumps for a few months. Ran "ostarine" for a few days and it cause the gyno symptoms. Had bloodwork done and T/E levels were in range. However, T was low for my age.

Actual question: whenever I engage in sexual activity my nipples immediately get puffy and start hurting again. It usually lasts for a day or two after this activity. Anyone have any knowledge or experience with this? Any solutions?

Going to an endo in a month, but it's driving me crazy. Thanks!

Also, ran ralox for two weeks and it seemed to make the nips worse. The pain was much worse and the puffiness was constant.

So, it’s no secret that excessive porn watching and chronic masturbation can throw off your hormones and other chemicals in your brain. If you qualify as a porn/sex addict, that very well could be the issue.

Thanks for the response. I've read this too. I don't think it applies here as I don't feel that I fit these categories.

After your post, I was checking if I qualify as a porn addict. BC, I do like watching porn at least 1 or 2x a week. Lol.

Masturbation-induced orgasm causes a profound surge in prolactin. Stop masturbating. If you're horny, go hunting.

I really don't. That's the problem. We are talking maybe once a week.

It sounds like it's prolactin related no? If that is the case then an AI would have little effect and a SERM could possibly make it worse? Would you guys recommend caber or something similar?

I have in the past, but cut it out around a year ago after reading all of the negative side effects.
Selegiline, 10 mg/day for 12 weeks with breakfast, to rebuild DA pathways and suppress prolactin.

Be sure to know the contraindications of this medication.

Just curious. Why would you recommend this over something like caber or prami?

Update:
I recently had my prolactin levels checked and they came back in the normal range. My levels were 12 and the range was 2-18. had a few questions if you don't mind.

1. Should I still try to attack it with the Selegiline? I have caber and can probably get Selegiline, but the prolactin levels were"normal"

2. Would caber not help at all?

3. Tried some pharma nolva and it seems to make it worse. Just like the ralox. So I'm guessing this is out. What else could be causing this issue?

I went to an endo and she said it was just "sore muscles" from working out. She was very little help. I am an experienced lifter with 16 years of lifting experience. I know what a sore muscle is.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for your time.
