mild gyno reversal ??? help

I did a real stupid thing so go easy on me.. i was in prison and i was offered some "steds" i was well into gym at the time so i started taking these tabs apparently "oxys" i took them for about a month before i got out i put on a about half a stone and was happy i didn't know nothing about steds at the time so ran no pct or anything like that been out about 6 weeks now and i got a lump under my right nipple about half the size of a 5p what shall i do i have no ai or serms available and im in the uk will my doc be able to help ?

If you can't get an AI you are screwed. You need to get on Raloxifene and Letro.
