Vitex Agnus during PCT yes or no?

Hello fellow AM'ers I have a thread here where I am logging my PCT. I was just curious if adding Vitex Agnus for prolactin control during PCT is any good? I've read that it has an effect on LH, testosterone and also dopamine so it effects libido. There's a lot of conflicting info out there. Many thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this.

I posted in your other thread.

In order to decrease prolactin which in turns boosts dopamine which creates a rise in testosterone in hopes of boosting LH and FSH, look for a dopamine agonist like pramipexole.. Or L-dopa for otc.

Don't think it's really needed unless you are having prolactin issues.

If you're using D aspartic acid in PCT I would use something for prolactin. I personally love inhibit P

I agree. If OP already bought the Vitex just run that, but if not opt for Inhibit P.

Controlling prolactin can always be beneficial in pct to indirectly boost test.. L-Dopa is awesome for pct IMO.
