Pct help

So just a quick guestion, what would u add to this.
-Rebirth black lion
-erase pro +
-daa
Will use talos as cycle support.
Allso been heard that erase is supposed to start on week 2.
Im using black lion because cant get ''real''serm right now.

What are you running? Rule of thumb is never start a cycle if you don't have a serm handy

Well i have that oct rebirth, heard greqt things about it but maby its safer to switch to nolva.
Didnt start the cycle but was gonna do nanodrol

Always choose a serm if your going to be using something that alters your hormones. Otc pct is not sufficient. They can aid in getting you back to baseline but no where near like a serm can.

I'd agree with getting a serm. a good pct set up is nolva or clomid, an otc pct product, an otc test booster and maybe a natty supp like an epicatechin product. That's what I do. I think some people will use rebirth if they are using a really mild compound but its always safer just to run a four week pct with a serm.

If you can't get a SERM or don't already have one, than you probably should use anything that requires a PCT.......

I would add in Reduce XT for cortisol control.

Erase pro + has cortison control would it be too much to have 2 for cortisol?

Go with nolva or clomid imo
