Entering PCT

Just wrapping up my first cycle ever at age 34. Ran 260 mgs test cyp/wk along with 250 IUs HCG twice/wk. Adex 0.25 EOD. This is week 12 and I have one shot left today (140), and one shot Friday (120).

I'm a little confused when to start PCT. I understand you would typically wait 14 days after last pin, but this is a guideline for someone running 500 mgs/test. Half life of cyp is 8 days, so this makes sense for the heavy user. I can't see how the same rule would apply for someone running half of that like myself. 14 days after last pin my serum T would be in the toilet. I'm thinking I should start my SERMs 7 days after last pin

But looking at the half life of cypionate (7 days), my serum T would be too low if I wait two weeks since I'm using 260/wk. I've been thinking to start the SERM one week after last pin and maybe even run a fifth week of PCT to make up for any error time in starting too soon.

Play it safe, go 7-9 days after last pin.

And 2 SERMs are fine, but no need to dose the Nolva at 40 if running both.

I would start it 14 days after PCT.

I woudl also run:

Nolva

Clomid

DAA (or another test booster)
3g/3g/3g/3g
Reduce XT (Cortisol control)

Going to start SERMs 7 days after last pin. I don't see why I should adhere to the same PCT protocol as someone running double the test. 14 days after last pin I will have ~65 mg of test in my system. Someone running 500 would have ~125 mg.
