Hey guys, im new to all this and have a few questions.

I believe I have a very slight case of gyno. When my nipples are soft theres a slight puffyness to them, however when they are hard its not noticeable at all. Heres the thing, I have never done any anabolic/hormone/anything, im 100 natural. Im 6' 170 and about 9-10 percent bf. My question is would nolva help get rid of the puffy nipples at all? If yes what would you recommend as far as dosage etc? Any help would be much appreciated as this is all new to me.

Thanks

From your vague general descriptions it doesn't sound like gyno it sounds like simply genetics. Have you ever had high body fat? Were you chunky before puberty? Nips come in all shapes and sizes just like anything else.

It may be prolactin related. Do you have any discharge?

No discharge. If it was prolactin is there anything I could do about it?
I've always been skinny all my life, prolly never seen over 10% bf.

Ever had your hormone levels checked? You may learn some things if not, especially about Total/free test, estrogen, progesterone, and prolactin. I don't want to say it's prolactin or progesterone related if it's not, I don't want to mislead you. You can find lab tests pretty reasonably from places like Lab Corp.

No I haven't, I'll look into that. Lets say it wasn't gyno, would running nolva be harmful? Im for sure not gonna jump into anything just curious

Its most likely pubertal gyno ... I still have small residual Breast tissue but nothing worth getting scarred about my nipples stick out just a little like they are almost puffy and look normal hard . You're fine bud, if you really want to be sure just go see your doctor

I guess for me personally, I don't understand subjecting myself to a research chemical without a confidently known reason. I would read up on Nolva side effects.
