How does this cycle look

8 weeks
Blackstone labs ostapure 2x a day
Morning/night
Blackstone labs lgd elite 2x a day
Morning/night

Maybe bsl apex male ( not sure yet)

Pct
Serm clomiphene 50mg/50mg/25mg/25mg
AI exenstane 12.5 mg a day

Could go eradicate by bsl




What are your thoughts. Think more should be added or some taken away?

Any other support needed? As for pct is that enough?

I been seeing that an ai should be run during cycle as well thoughts? And if so. Should it be the same ai as pct?

lgd and osta together is fine and should produce nice results. use your serm and exemestane and you will be good. only thing I would add to pct is reduce xt for cort control. I would use apex male in pct if anything. I am assuming you have proper support supps as well correct?

For the dosing I just swallow the colmid and exenstane? Should I split the doing. Like one in the morning one at night?

Nah you're fine to dose all at once. Half life I believe is around 24hrs for clomid.

Agreed with afi, reduce xt for cortisol control has been a huge addition for pct for me. People forget/don't know how much cort can spike when hormones are out of whack.

Dose first thing in the morning, 4 hours later, then either post workout or pre bed (depending on if it's a workout day).
