Serm help

Pretty soon fro, now I'll be buying a serm from either hardcore or cem, but how do I dose or for a dmz cycle I can't find any logs on dmz idk I've Googled it an everything so this is my last hope...
I was thinking it was 20mgs/20mgs/10mgs/10mgs

I have wicked pct on hand already an I'm pretty sure that'll be enough along with Nolva just need your guys help now.
