I was wondering if taking just a pct alone would be good for recomp? I'm not quite ready for a legit cycle, but would like an extra boost with leaning out/recomp. My diet is pretty good, a little on the high carb side(, but I have type 1 diabetes so its kinda sorta necessary until I go on an insulin pump), uh, I've used forskoliin with alpha t2 with good results but I got was hoping for an extra kick? Any and all input is appreciated, only 1 way to learn!
