Is just Nolvadex good enough ?

Hey Gents !
I am 36 years running my first cycle ever . I plan on running cypioanate 250 for 10 weeks @500mg per week . I have done the research but I'm looking for some solid advice on Pct ?
I was planning on only running Nolvadex for PCt !
Good Bad ? Need some solid advice . Please

nolva for 4 weeks after
20 mgs per day. anytime of day once a day will be fine.

no. estrogen is good for growth. have it on hand incase you have any issues.

10 weeks would be a fine place to start.. you can be sure if its for you and also get a feel for the process. there have been many cycles I have done were you just felt like death around 8 weeks.. test cyp shouldn't do that.. but it does happen.

If you have extra cash throw in clomid, cel pct assist, and reduce Xt

at high doses perhaps.. it can make you very moody.. like a bish. ive seen 250 lbs guys break out crying.. just like in the movie with adam sandler..the longest yard. at doses of 50 mgs and under I don't think you will have much of an issue. clomid is good because it kick starts LH.

Nolva
20/20/10/10
Clomid
25/25/25/25
PCT Assist
4/4/4/4
Reduce XT
0/0/3/3/3/3

at 25-50 you shouldnt have any sides. That is why I run it at 25. Even at 50 I can get a little emotional (nothing crazy, just annoying)
