Questions regarding PCT before starting my first cycle

Hello to all reading I won't waste time and get to the point

I'm going to be starting my first cycle at the beginning of September and I'd like to know what kind of pct I should be taking with h-plex60 with protex for cycle assist...
I was wondering if recycle by purus labs is a good pct to take?

Someone mentioned that I should get nolvadex or clomid and run them with recycle because a "serm" would be better then recycle alone...

Is nolvadex and clomid run like most pcts? Starting the day after the ph is finished?

It's not that I don't trust the word of one person but I'd rather have multiple testimonies proving it's good to take


If anyone can provide me with guidance and answers and a little direction for nolvadex or clomid if I need it i would greatly appreciate it

You need to run nolva along with it.
