Gyno while on arimidex, cabaser

Am currently running sust at 1750 a week along with 550 of tren e. I am taking 1 mg cabaser weekly as well as .5 arimidex eod I am starting to get gyno and can not understand why. I have ran heavy cycles in past. Never even so much as a nipple tingle. Should I stop the cycle? Drop the arimidex and add in letro in it's place? Or should I drop the test 500mg or so and see if it clears up? Advice please and thank you

Get on letro
Day 1= .5, Day 2= 1mg, Day 3= 1.5, Day 4= 2mg, Day 5= 2.5mg then keep that dose until it goes away then work your way down to 0 the same way you came up.
