Need a bit of help here,
i'm 32 years old 5.7, 170 lbs, 12 % fat.
Training for almost 10 years.
I need help setting up a PH cycle, how does this look? any suggestios?
week 1-6Cycle armor (le cheek)
Week 2-6: rpn havoc 20/30/30/30/40
Week 7-10: Nolva 30/20/20/20
Week 9-12: AD3 PCT.
Diet will consist of 2500 Cals/ 300-400g Protein.
What do you guys think?
