Its not essential.
Its to help with cortisol but what has always deterred me is that Lean Xtreme is an appetite suppressant. Not what I want during PCT. Low appetite is a problem a lot of people suffer from as it is.
Not saying its a bad addition. Just not for me and not essential for anyone. I would just use Erase starting week 2-3 of PCT and carry it through past when you stop nolva.

Nothing besides a SERM is "essential." Test boosters and cortisol control products are nice to help keep your gains and stave off fat though. Reduce XT is superior to the new LX IMO.

ahah cheers for replies... yea i couldnt get my hands on clomid here in australia, nor could i get HCGenerate... but for some reason my libido is way up again on the end of cycle... and doesnt clomid help your testies go back to normal?.. i thought since they working fine now... then a test booster would be enough with nolvadex... theres alot of mixed opinions on lean extreme like its not essential or that it is.. i read it has alot of caffeine, doesnt caffeine raise cortisol? lol

The newest version of LX is not a cortisol blocker like its previous version so I would skip it. IF you plan on using stims in PCT then I would recommend using Reduce xt for keeping cortisol in check. If u do not plan on using stims them skip it

i would be alot more worried about estrogen rebound and test suppression then cortisol, what all did you run on our cycle?
