Painful Cramps

So I just start my pct this past Saturday and for the past three day I've been gettin muscle cramps. Like when I flex my lats or my abs they will cramp up. I just started a low carb diet too. I'm not sure if its from the nolva or what? Just wondering if this has happened with anyone else thinks

Change your diet at all? How is your water consumption? What supplemets are you running in PCT?

Take Taurine its an amino acid 5 or 6 grs a day and all the cramps goes away like a charm

lots of water lots and lots. Also, Compete is a good intraworkout that could help you
