Sup guys, if this post is TL;DR skip to the summary at the bottom.
It's been a long time since I have posted on here. i tried a brief cycle of mechabol back in march but before I got going my life got a bit crazy and I quit after about 2 weeks. I didn't doa pct bc I kept the dose low and from my research the amount of time/mecha I was taking didnt warrant a full pct at that time.
Anyways, fast forward half a year later and I have just been in a rut. I finally went to the doctor and asked for bloodwork, everything came back "normal" but we all know that normal doesnt equate to ideal for most people.
I do not have the bloodword in front of me, but I remember my total test was 562...a guy my age should be averaging 650-680 depending on who you ask. Ideally you want to be at 800+ (preferably 1000).
I fell into a pretty deep depression, developed anxiety disorders and that impacted all facets of my life. My gym schedule ceases to exist, diet was ****, stopped all supplements, i have lost 20lbs, my libido's gone, morning wood gone, erection strength is inconsistent, ejaculate volume inconsistent. I think that while I am not in the offical "low" range of total test, I am not at where I need to be.
This brings me to my next question. I have started eating a high fat, high protein diet, carbs come from fruit and veggies (no grains or dairy for me). So I am at least getting back into a test/health friendly diet. It's essentially a paleo diet.
Aside from that, is it possible for me to get my test back into the 680-900 range by just lifting and eating right? I know compunds and lifting boost test a ton, so I would probably get the noobie gains and increase my test that way. However, should I look into soloing clomid at 25mg for a few months? I don't want to go on full time TRT, nor do I want to try test-gel, just something to pick my base levels back up.
I would say these sexual issues started for me about a year or so ago so I am in NO WAY blaming or deflecting blame onto the Mechabol, many a user have had great success with that product. In fact, I thought taking mechabol and gaining more weight would eventually improve my sexual functioning down the road.
Another item I am aware of is Porn Addiction and Porn Induced ED, I definitely have some of these issues but they also are similar to those of Low T (either clinical or sub-clinical).
My doctor thinks my Test is fine, and doesnt know much about Porn Induced ED, hence why I am posting this and turning to you guys. I plan on ditching the porn and going no fap for a while anyways, but if that isnt what the issue is (i.e. I have sub clinical low t) then I would hate to go through that wiating for a solution that won't come.
Okay so in summary:
I feel like ****,
I have all symptoms of low t (although while I am skinny I still have muscle tone).
I have had a lot of issues that could cause low t (stress, depression, poor diet, lack of excercise).
My Total T levels are below avg for my age range.
However I also have symptoms of Porn Induced Ed...
I ask you guys for advice on whether a 180 in lifestyle (back to the gym with compund lifts, eating right, sleeping right, etc...) would be enough to turn the tide (along with no fap, the benefits are supposedly there whether you are addicted to porn or not). Or should I try using low dose of clomid to kick things up a notch? i just want to feel like a normal 20 yr old again. :-(
Another note, I am currently taking 10mg of Viibryd, it's an SSRI. These are notorious for sexual dysfunction, however Viibryd supposedly doesnt have these sort of negative sides. Also, these issues started before I was on the Viibryd. Things may have been exagerated by the meds, but I still think something else maybe going on.
Sorry for the War and Peace length post. I will be able to post additional bloodwork and reference ranges tonight (Prolactin, DHT, Free Test, LH, FSH, Thyroid, etc...). Just let me know what you would want to see (I dont think i have Estradiol or SHBG).
