You running any other compounds with 1-Andro? 4dhea or Stano or something?
Another good workout tonight. Did some rack pulls for the first time. I think that's a new favorite if mine. Wasn't sure what weight to go with or the amount of reps so I'm gonna play around with it and see what feels good. Lol that's what she said.

My back was really pumped tonight and a little sore. Biceps were on fire! All in all very happy with my work.
Flat bench looks good. Would be an over kill for me. Ummmm or not, probably couldn't get the bar off the rack

Nice liftin! Rack pulls really are a strength exercise (not that you can't use em for lower back and trap volume); you should be lifting at LEAST as much as you'd deadlift since it's only a partial range. If I pull from just below the knee I use at least 50 more lbs and just above the knee probably another 100, usually do triples up to a max or 5-6 reps/set if it's not my main lift. Everyone's different tho, so experiment!
