PCT for Hdrol?

    PCT for Hdrol?


    I'm planning to do an 8 week cycle of H Drol ( 8wk 50/75/75/75/100/100/75/75 )

    I do not want to use a SERM due to its effects on bone tissue (particularly growth plates)

    And I was told that, because Hdrol is such a weak compound, PCT is generally not required.

    What products would you recommend for PCT, if i have one at all? Any replacements for the SERM?

    Hdrol will shut you down on a 6 week cycle and you want to run it for 8 with no SERM? That is not a good idea. If you feel running a SERM is too risky, then you absolutely should not run a PH cycle.

    How old are you?

    Chances are, if you're worried about growth plates sealing you're too young to run a PH.

    I'm eating 2900cals at100f 200p and 300c.

    training with starting strength.

    I haven't gainedanything in weeks, and I'm 6'and 165lb.

    Then you need to eat more.

    I eat 4500 a day at your same weight.

    Stop looking for an excuse and eat.

    When I was your age my football coach told all the skill players to eat 4000 kCal a day.

    If eating 3000kcal already gains me fat, 4000 will give me even more fat.

    How is 3000 making you fat if you said you haven't gained in weeks?

    OP, if you aren't gaining you either aren't working out with enough intensity or you aren't eating enough.

    You haven't gained weight but you're getting fatter.....

    You even lift OP? Cuz if you do I don't see how you could lose muscle and gain fat.

    Man your young. Just be patient, I know that's hard to do. Eat, lift heavy, eat, eat sleep, wake up and eat, oh yea eat some more. I ate 10,000 calories per day I started my junior year at 6'3 180lbs at the start of my senior year I was 210lbs. Don't turn to the dark side until you've had enough time to grow naturally atleast out of your teen years. Stick to the big 3 bench, squat, and deadlift.
    I waited until I was 22 to turn to the dark side. I was 240 naturally and I'm 285 now. But I'm glad I waited.
    Chase women and eat at your age.
