My very first cycle, my cycle was
Week 1-12 test 400. I did 320mg every 4 days. thats .8ml
Week 3-9 Tren Trenbolone Acetate 80mg every other day.



I have liquid Clomi 70mL 35mg/mL and liquid tamox 50mL 20mg/mL

my friend told me I should do .5ML of clomi and tamox everyday for 4 weeks. but he was kinda wrong on what he told me to do with the tren. So I am trying to find out what I should do from someone with more experience. My last poke was on Sunday... he said start 4 days after... please help.
