Started developing gyno while on Test stand alone cycle, adex was used consistently and didn't seem to help, could have been due to fluctuating levels of test.

Test was discontinued about 7 weeks ago, followed by switching to Letro, lump seemed to reduce and sensitivity subsided, however still noticeable sensitivity and lump. No improvement has occurred in about the last 4 weeks, perhaps switching to Nolva to try something new, however the fear is the lump is there to stay. Can anyone else offer input on similar situation?

If after about 7 weeks while consistently taking either adex or letro lump has not seen much reduction (besides maybe after the first 2-3 week mark) is it safe to say not much hope?

go see your doctor to determine what it really is.

Could just be a lump of fat that's always been there, but was pushed out by your muscles. We can't really tell by reading about it.

Did you even get a blood test? check out your hormone levels first, you need to let us know at least what your levels were on cycle, post cycle, after PCT, etc...

taking adex or letro will not get rid of gyno, those products reduce estrogen (and est being too low is BAD).

Blood tests are done regularly, and every time on and off, estrogen has been low. Men's health dr. Has referred subject to a endo specialist. Appointment is in a few weeks...however the question remains if nolva should be administered in the mean time, considering letro and Adex did little, if anything...

May need tomaxofin (might not be correct spelling), it will reduce or suppress and excess estrogen which has likely made the lump. Time may be all you need for the lump to go away, however if it gets worse the only option may be surgery, depending on how bad it is or how it looks to you. Most cases are not noticeable however and unless pointed out to others.

Letro dose was 1.25 for 2 weeks then .62 for another 2 weeks. Nolva (tamoxifen) has begun 40mg ed. Appointment w endo is in about 4 weeks. Surgery with gland removal is being considered.
