well thats weird. if a sample is positive on the quick test(dip-stick method), it is supposed to be analysed using gas chromatography. there is no chance of a false positive with that. u sure u didn't take any benzos?
^ yup ^ 100 times more likely. I can tell you though, I've seen a dip stick test show positive for benzos twice with a 100% drug free individual( Later discredited by a worth-a-crap urine test). Sh¡t idea for anyone to rely on those things.
I've been hearing this nolva/clmoid popping as benzo drug rumor online too. I don't see from a chemical makeup standpoint any way this would be possible but I'm to cheap to get a 40.00 test to find out lol. So here's a bump to see if anyone else has experience with this.
Considering those p.o.s. disposable tests can come up positive for almost any reason at any time for any drug, even for individuals with years of 100% natural living(not even taking an asprin), theres really no way of finding any reason behind it. True lab testing is the only way to get accurate results.
Just an update to this thread. I did a drug test and tamoxifen did NOT produce a false positive. It does NOT show up as a benzo or any other drug in a basic 12 panel test. Hopefully this will add some peace of mind to you guys.
