Confused on a cyle... Help please

I was confused to as if i would need a pct for Cellucors P6 Extreme?? A guy on one thread said i would and another said i wouldnt. Just wanted to do a one month cycle of using this but not if it is going to cause any serious side effects. was wondering if i would need any serms or anything. also if it is worth trying...
