There's my bloodwork, I need help from someone who has prior EXPERIENCE with this stuff, not random posts and speculation. I took a Spawn prohormone(Epi/Tren clone) and i swear i've never been the same. My libido has sucked ass for almost a year now and im ready to fix this problem. From my speculation, i noticed LH and FSH to seem rather low along with Vitamin D. How can i raise LH and FSH? If you see anything else please recommend a protocol whether it be a Recomp with SERM's or whatever it may be. Thank you so much

Your best bet is to go to a endo a specialist in hormones. All you'll get online most of the time is half assed answers.I learned my lesson every once in a while you get a person who is truly knowledgeable though.Only thing I can say is try to raise your vit d into optimal range.I'm suprised your doctor didn't say anything you can buy vit d almost anywhere 5,000-10,000 iu a day should be enough after a few months go get your vit d tested too see if it has risen.

For the Vit D, take a quality D3 supplement and try to get around 30 minutes of sunlight at least a few times a week.

thanks for the responses,

someone pointed out to me that my DHT levels are low and DHT is what makes us men. Even though DHT gets a bad rep bc of hair loss and all, it is still vital to have in normal ranges. Check this out http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19741313, after a week levels of DHT were raise 56%! im loading with 25-30gs or mono starting today.
