Rebound PCT Questions??

So I did 1/4 of a cycle of Deca 300, and ended up taking this stuff called Rebound as PCT in fear of low natural test levels. It is a proprietary blend of 277.5 mg altogether which includes: Epimedium Extract (20% Icarlin), Mucuna Pruriens (98% L-Dopa), 4-Hydroxyandrostenedione (Formestane), and Piperine. Is this an effective PCT and should I even be taking it? I have had testicle shrinkage recently on the second week of this stuff so i was getting pretty worried

Also, the directions say to start the dose off with 2 pills daily for one week and increase the pill by one every week. So three daily the next week and so forth. Which is kind of backwards from most of the PCT's i've heard of so is that okay to do as well?
