First cycle PCT questions.

Hey guys, im currently cutting down. Im 6' 265 approximately 12%BF. I have been training solid for 5 years now. After i cut to about 9%BF Im going to be doing my 1st cycle. I am going to run test E at 400mg for 10 weeks. Hoping to see good gains.

I am new to this and need help with PCT. I am gyno prone. I had pubertal gyno and still have puffy nips. I want to be as safe as possible on this cycle. What should i run during my cycle to keep gyno at bay? Also, what would be my best option for PCT? I have been searching a lot lately, but looking for some specific input.

I'd Run test at 500mg each week for 12 weeks. Also for Gyno on cycle You have many choices for an AI. To keep bloat down and gyno. Id suggest either a low dose of letro or Exemestane. Search on the forums for other begginer cycles.

1-12 test e (last pin on 10th week)
Aromasin
12.5 EOD Weeks 1-12 (not 100% sure about this, might stop before, or go into PCT. I dont run AIs for gyno thats why I am not positive)

PCT: (start 2 weeks after last pin)
Nolva
20/20/20/10/10
Clomid
25/25/25/25
Suppress C or Reduce XT
0/0/x/x/x/x

If you can get your hands on some HGC I would get that too, stuff is pretty cheap, definitely worth it.

Ok guys, i have some questions. First off, for my 1st cycle could i try and run 250mg a week for decent growth? if so, should i just pin once a week or split 2 125 shots? Second, how does this look for a cycle and PCT?
week 1-10 250 mg test e per week
arimidex .25mg ED
week 12-13 clomid 50MG ED, Nolva 20MG ED
weeks 14-16 Clomid 25MG ED, Nolva 20 MG ED
Also, should i take the arimidex during my PCT as well? what about the 2 weeks between my last shot and PCT, should i take the arimidex then too? will 250mg of test e a week be enough or should i up that?
