I've been using supps (protein, BCAA's, natty t-boosters, creatine, prewos) for ~6 years now and seen great results so I'm now looking to take the next step.
I'm looking to run hdrol or something very similar soon. I know there's a lot of posts very similar to this one. I've actually been reading this thread a bit and other threads and personal experiences with ph's. That being said, can someone do an anabolic noob a favor and consolidate me some links/info (on this board, wherever) for good pct for a "beginners" ph?
For example, I understand the concept of PCT, but is a SERM always necessary? How does someone get nolva? Or, what is bridging? Any advice is appreciated.
