im a little confused on your question

ERa and ERb are 2 receptor types, ERa in the breast, and some other tissues, ERb in the bones.

it Antagonizes ERa (blocking binding of estrogen to the ER)
Agonizes ERb (causing more favorable lipids, and bone density)

    help a little?

no is excessive estrogen post cycle that causes that IMO. SERMs dont help with the Circulating estrogen, so if its high when on them, itll be high when off them, so a low dose Steroidal AI week 2-4 (aromasin 10mg) and then continuing the serm to week 5 should cause no rebound. Actually the only thing that helped keep my gyno away.

    i found this:

Non steroidal AI's can cause rebound and poss suppression. If you choose an AI go for a steroidal like ATD or 6-OXO.

doesnt matter in your case bc you are going to a steroidal after the non steroidal.
