starting a 4 week cycle soon doing a month of protein powers and creatine to start then on to a 4 week cycle with epidrol
going to try this cycle out
week 1
10/20/30/30/30/30/30
week 2
30/30/30/30/30/30/30
week 3
30/30/30/30/30/40/40
Week 4
40/40/40/40/40/40/40
using milk thisel (liver support) thoughout 4 weeks then a week after
then taking 8 weeks off (with just protein and creatine)
what pct should i use after i finish week 4. and how long do i run pct for?
please help im starting pre month workout today.
