Arimidex or Nolvadex during cycle?

I’m currently 3 weeks in taking 500 mg test cyp per week. Just started feeling some minor sensitivity in my nipples. Not much, if any, visible signs. Just sensitivity to touch.

I figured Nolvadex would be better in my case during this cycle, as it’s selective in inhibiting estrogen at specific receptors, as opposed to using Arimidex, which would lower my estrogen production and might inhibit gains. As I’m only taking test cyp, my rationale for Nolvadex is to minimize gyno potential while not over-limiting positive estrogen effects.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I like to run an AI so yes .25mg adex EOD should do the trick

not sure about the nolva on cycle though
